The Exclusive House Guarantees

The money-back guarantee: It is mandatory in case of payment of a deposit when signing the construction contract. An attestation of this guarantee drawn up by the guarantor in your name must then be attached to the CCMI. 

It reimburses the sum paid at the signing of the construction contract when the contract does not take effect following: failure to comply with the conditions suspensive, withdrawal of the buyer within ten days after receipt of the contract, the non-commencement of construction work on the date agreed to in the contract. It ends on the opening date of your construction site. 

The delivery guarantee: With this nominal guarantee that is given to you at the opening of the construction site, you are sure that your house will be completed within the agreed time and price. It is given by a guarantor (CGI Bâtiment pour Maisons Exclusives) and must be annexed to the contract. In the event of delay, the guarantor shall give notice to the builder either to carry out the work or to deliver the construction. Important: If the manufacturer is in default, the delivery guarantee covers you. The guarantor will appoint a firm to complete the work, and always at an agreed price and time.
